Transom is Hiring a Project/Account Manager

Day-to-day this position will be responsible for managing client projects and service requests, as well as performing quality control on each. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope, including:
    • Serving as primary point of contact for client, and setting client expectations

    • Setting and managing deadlines

    • Assigning responsibilities

    • Monitoring and summarizing the progress of each project

    • Preparing reports regarding project status

    • Running meetings

  • Additionally, P/AM will assist with:
    • Creation of work estimates

    • Diligent note-taking during meetings

    • Monitoring of time and resource tracking

    • Quality control & internal reviews for all projects

  • Finally, P/AM will be tasked with improving and managing general operational efficiency, including
    • Improving existing use of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Instagantt, Everhour, Slack)

    • Devising creative ways to improve productivity, employee efficiency, and billing

    • Devising creative and thorough methodology for repeated project templates

    • Setting goals and developing quarterly progress reports

  • Strong working knowledge of Asana, Everhour, Instagantt

  • Availability 9am-5pm Pacific Time Zone

  • BONUS: Experience with wine, restaurants, hospitality industry


  • Salary $40-70K, DOE

  • $250/mo health insurance stipend

  • 3 weeks paid vacation

  • We take the 3rd Friday of every month off
